I’d like to thank all our organizers, sponsors, and all of our guests. Our annual gala was once again a wonderful and enjoyable event. We hosted two hundred attendees, including honorary guests from Doctors of BC, SUCCESS, and the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China.
Dr. Xinyong Wang, our newly elected president, gave his inaugural speech about his plans for the upcoming year. Dr. Charles Webb, president of Doctors of BC, and Ms. Liu Fei, Consul General of the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Vancouver, both expressed the appreciation for CCMSBC’s efforts in promoting professionalism, fellowship and friendship among our colleagues and community.
Our guests then enjoyed a wonderful dance performance, a delightful dinner, exciting prize giveaways, and an exquisite ballroom dance.
This year’s CCSMBC Scholarship recipient is Mr. Donovan Zhao, who is a first-year student at the University of Toronto.

Congratulations to Dr. Roger Wong, who has been appointed as Exacutive Assiciate Dean, Eduction, Faculty of Medicine, UBC.
